All information entered by User is kept internally by ASCI and not disclosed to
any other party outside the company. ASCI does not make its user or mailing lists
available to anyone. ASCI does use "cookies" to capture shopping cart information
at our site and to allow the convenience of quick access to our support area. Information
entered by a user is retained by ASCI to the extent that it is required for a sales
transaction. Credit card and other confidential information is requested through
as a secure internet transaction and all confidential information necessary to be
kept as a result of a purchase is maintained on an internal machine not accessible
to the web site. Users may request, either via this web site, in writing, e-mail
or by telephone, to be removed from any ASCI mailing list. Users who evaluate software
may receive several e-mailings during the evaluation period. This e-mail is meant
to ensure that the evaluation is progressing or to uncover and ultimately help a
user who is experience problems. Users who select "NO" to the question of subscribing
to an e-mail list will still receive these evaluation e-mailings. However, once
the evaluation period has expired, the user's e-mail address is not kept or retained
on any special e-mail lists.
