What is My ASCI

    The My ASCI service is particularly useful for existing or potential Advanced Systems Concepts customers. By using the My ASCI service you will be able to get access to:

    Customizable Home Page:


    The opening page to your My ASCI portal is full of information regarding your *registered* software.  At first glance you can view information about your current support status, most recent updates, and most recent knowledgebase articles for each piece of software you have registered with us.

    You can even customize the page to hide certain software products, limit the number of updates shown, and even filter the types of knowledgebase articles you'd like to see.  Further more you have quick access to your license information to reveal your serial numbers if you've misplaced them.

    Stay up-to-date with Product Updates:


    Keep your software up to date with the most recent service pack or hotfix by using the My ASCI Product Updates system.  View a list of available updates with information such as the date posted as well as the file size.  This makes certain that you're getting the most out of your ASCI product.

    Aside from file downloads, the Product Update system also allows you access to the most recent documentation pertaining to the software you have registered with us.

    Extensive Knowledgebase Search:


    Don't be left randomly clicking around trying to figure out how to do something in a piece of software.  Instead search our knowledgebase articles to find out information pertaining to a certain function you are trying to accomplish.
