ActiveBatch provides users with a Critical Path Analysis View that provides statistical information about the workflow runtimes and SLA satisfaction rates, as well as real-time critical path analysis as workflows are executing, providing users with information pertaining to workflow execution with respect to SLAs and checks critical path priorities for workflows threatening to breach an SLA.
ActiveBatch highlights SLA-dependent workflows and can take action to prevent them from breaching:
- Increase OS priority so when an executing workflow exceeds a certain percentage of its expected/historical runtime, scheduling analytics increases its OS priority with the goal of making it finish sooner.
- Increasing Queue priority means any SLA-tied workflows receive critical path priority over other workflows within the queue.
