Advanced Systems Concepts, Inc. is headquartered in the heart of Morristown, NJ, overlooking the Morristown Green and a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and other amenities. Our office is easily accessible from major NJ highways and is a short walk from the Morristown train station.

Through ASCI’s company-contributed 401(k) savings plan, employees can save for the future while taking advantage of tax savings. Even if you opt out of employee-elected contributions, ASCI will contribute to, and automatically vest, your retirement plan beginning at 6 months of employment. Professional Development

Paid Time Off/ Flex-Time/ Parental Leave

ASCI understands the external factors employees face, and so focuses on project completion and key performance indicators instead of one-size-fits-all policies. This has allowed the company to implement Flexible Working as well as an Open Paid Time Off (PTO) policy which allows employees to take the time they need for vacations, personal days, and sick time. Specific flexibility is determined by managers based on job responsibilities. ASCI also provides twelve weeks of paid, protected leave for new parents.

Company-paid parking in a secure garage is provided within the office complex. The office complex is home to popular restaurants, shopping, theaters, health clubs, and more.

Company Sponsored Events

In addition to weekly lunch and breakfast, complimentary snack stands, and monthly birthday celebrations, ASCI also sponsors company-wide events including the annual Morristown Verizon 5K race, a year-end holiday party, and an annual summer outing. Summer outings have included private suites for Yankee games, races at the Monmouth Park Raceway, and Manhattan dinner cruises for employees and guests.

Pre-Tax Commuter Benefits

Pre-tax commuter benefits are accessible for public train and bus transportation. We also offer a commuter benefit program allowing employees to use pre-tax dollars to pay their commuting expenses.

Full-Time Positions

We have open positions available for candidates who have a bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university. Whether you're currently employed with experience in your field or are a graduating student expecting your degree within the next twelve months, we invite you to apply.

Internships/Co-Op Positions

At Advanced Systems Concepts, we take our responsibilities seriously when hiring either an Intern or a Co-op student. Both are paid positions with the only difference being credits earned through your participating school. As with any other employee, you will be assigned a Mentor who will ensure that you always know the tasks you've been assigned and how best to complete them. This should be a learning experience for you –to learn about the potential industry you may join as well as to learn about ASCI and its mission. Students are given meaningful and challenging work, have direct access to all levels within the company, and your stay with us will be a microcosm of what full-time employment would entail. Your job is to be ready to learn (a lot) and to arrive enthusiastic and eager to participate. Our job is to keep you enthusiastic during your employment and to present both the company and our industry in the best possible light.
