Positive feedback from ASCI's Support Survey of 3000 customers incorporated into product development

MORRISTOWN, N.J., Feb. 28, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Advanced Systems Concepts, Inc. (ASCI) is expanding its software integration capabilities by introducing ActiveBatch Version 11 Service Pack 2 (V11 SP2). These capabilities include support for Microsoft Azure SQL Server, as well as support for Microsoft SQL Server 2017 for both Windows and Linux. These updates will also help customers build their automation workflows faster with additional options for prebuilt Job Steps from the ActiveBatch Integrated Jobs Library.

Built on ASCI's history of putting customer needs first, ActiveBatch V11 SP2 widens the range of compatible databases that are available for customers—increasing flexibility by offering more systems and options for them to choose from. This will allow customers to choose the one that best aligns with individual organizational requirements. The result is the ability to leverage existing in-house expertise when implementing an IT Automation solution to reduce the automation learning curve and get up and running faster. If customers choose to utilize the cloud, the support for Azure SQL Server will enable ActiveBatch users to benefit from the added storage, flexibility, and convenience that comes along with managing their databases in the cloud.
