ActiveBatch® provides a smart plug-in for HP OpenView Operations for Windows Version 7.5 or later to centrally monitor ActiveBatch Job Schedulers and Execution Agents. The ActiveBatch Smart Plug-In (SPI), for Windows 2000 and later, notifies system administrators and support personnel of ActiveBatch run-time events. The SPI provides timely ActiveBatch status information to pro-actively manage your mission critical environment at a single console. Whether you have one or thousands of ActiveBatch licenses, the SPI suits your environment to quickly and centrally notify you when significant events occur within your ActiveBatch configuration. Additionally, the SPI contains an automatic deployment of ActiveBatch policies (Execution Agent, Job-Plan, Job Scheduler and Queue). You can customize standard ActiveBatch policies to specialize response messages that fit your needs.
