If your organization is an Advanced Systems Concepts customer with an active support contract or if your organization is currently engaged in an Proof of Concept, your organization’s Team Lead is responsible for giving users access to My ASCI.

Your My ASCI email address is most likely your business email address. If you’re still having difficulty accessing My ASCI, please contact your organization’s Team Lead to ensure you have been added to your company’s My ASCI account and verify you are logging in with the correct email address.

Q: What do I do if my login information is not working?

Please request to reset your password. If you are unsuccessful in changing your password, contact your Team Lead to confirm you have been added to your company’s My ASCI account and verify you are logging in with the correct email address.

Q: How can I find out who my Team Lead is?

If you do not know who your Team Lead is, you can ask a colleague to look it up within the My ASCI Account Info page. If you’re still having trouble, please email us using your business email address, and we’ll help you get everything sorted out. If you need to request a My ASCI Team Lead change, we can help you with that as well.
