What is My ASCI and who can access it?

Q: What is My ASCI?
My ASCI is the online customer portal for Advanced Systems Concepts. This is where users can access product documentation, knowledgebase articles, ActiveBatch Academy, technical support, the community forum, and more. Interested in IT Automation? Q: How do I get access to My ASCI?
If your organization is an ActiveBatch customer with an active support contract or if your organization is currently engaged in an ActiveBatch Proof of Concept (trial), your organization’s Team Lead is responsible for giving users access to My ASCI.
 
Q: I’m not a customer or currently engaged in a Proof of Concept. Can I still access My ASCI?
If your organization is new to ActiveBatch or if you're interested other services offered by Advanced Systems Concepts, you can learn more about ActiveBatch IT Automationrequest a demo, or contact us.
 
Q: Do I need an active support agreement to access My ASCI?
Yes, you need an active support agreement to access My ASCI. Please take a look at our support options for more information.
 

Logging into My ASCI 

Q: What if I don’t know my password?
Please request to reset your password.
 
Q: What if I forgot the email address associated to my My ASCI account?
Your My ASCI email address is most likely your business email address. If you’re still having difficulty accessing My ASCI, please contact your organization’s Team Lead to ensure you have been added to your company’s My ASCI account and verify you are logging in with the correct email address.
 
Q: What do I do if my login information is not working?
Please request to reset your password. If you are unsuccessful in changing your password, contact your Team Lead to confirm you have been added to your company’s My ASCI account and verify you are logging in with the correct email address.
 
Q: I am the Team Lead, but I cannot access My ASCI. What do I do?
Please request to reset your password. If you are unsuccessful in changing your password, please contact us for further assistance.


Navigating My ASCI 

Q: Why did I receive an error message stating that I do not have the right permissions to view certain pages within My ASCI?
If you are a General User, you will not be able to access features within My ASCI, such as the Support Portal. Your organization’s Team Lead is responsible for assigning your My ASCI Role; if you need access to My ASCI as a Support User, please speak with your Team Lead to make this change.

Q: How can I find out who my Team Lead is?
If you do not know who your Team Lead is, you can ask an ActiveBatch colleague to look it up within the My ASCI Account Info page. If you’re still having trouble, please email us using your business email address, and we’ll help you get everything sorted out. If you need to request a My ASCI Team Lead change, we can help you with that as well.

 
Q: I am the Team Lead, but I cannot access My ASCI. What do I do?
Please request to reset your password. If you are unsuccessful in changing your password, please contact us for further assistance.
 
Q: How can I change who the Team Lead is in my organization?
Please request a My ASCI Account change.
